Building fast and well is now the bare minimum. Winning means building with data.

I combine construction planning and scheduling with building my own digital products, so construction becomes more profitable, more agile and easier to manage.

New methods for controlling and managing construction.

Let's start with a word that almost frightens people in construction: control. For years it has meant external control over the company —inspections, regulations, reports to file. I mean the exact opposite: the control a company regains over its own work. The first watches over you; the second sets you free.

I'm convinced that the companies that take this step —those that dare to truly digitalise, from the inside— will lead the sector in the years to come. And in time, they will be the only ones left in the market, pushing out their more conservative competitors. That, to me, is building the future.

And what changes in practice? The company earns more and protects its cash against liquidity pressures. Management stops drowning in thousands of tables and documents that change every day, and starts seeing the real state of every project at a glance. Deciding stops being a gamble and becomes a certainty.

Because in the end that's what it's about: data that doesn't control people, but works for them. Turning information into decisions, and decisions into results. That's the construction I believe in, and the one I want to help build.

More profitability

Digitalisation for efficiency and profit, not for surveillance.

Protected cash flow

Anticipate liquidity pressures and risks before they become a problem.

Real control

From thousands of scattered data points to understanding every project at a glance.

About

I'm Ismail Bairamkulov, a civil engineer and construction planning & scheduling (CPM) specialist. For 4.5 years I've been putting this way of working into practice: from the site to head office, today I lead planning for all of my company's projects and tenders and build my own products and platforms to digitalise it.

I pair hands-on site experience —from site foreman to head of planning— with a technical, digital profile. Building with data isn't theory to me: it's how I work every day.
