On my own initiative, I conceived, designed and built a digital platform for managing a construction company's project portfolio.

• Analysed the business processes and identified the key pain points: scattered data, reporting delays, and rudimentary planning and forecasting tools.
• Put together a development team and delivered a product that addresses that need.
• Ran functional testing and set up a demo environment (a sandbox) with test users and projects.
• Arranged the demo for management and the trial on the company's real projects.

Result: approval from the business owner and the project managers; the system is ready to scale. Current status: preparing for commercialisation.

A single information model covers planning and scheduling (CPM), on-site progress, resources and materials, budgets and cost changes, certifications and analytics. It successfully passed testing at an active construction company, with positive feedback from engineers and managers.

From head office I plan the company's entire portfolio of projects and tenders: I build and maintain the schedules (MS Project, Spider Project) across their full lifecycle, tailored to each client. Projects planned include the Sber and Yandex headquarters, the T-Bank data centre and Yelizovo airport. I also defined the internal planning procedures and, on my own initiative, developed bots, reporting scripts and an in-house system that integrates the procurement, labour and cash-flow schedules.

Planning for the general contractor on Sydney City, a 500,406 m² mixed-use development (12 buildings up to 44 storeys). I built a separate schedule per building, with 10–12-level structures and thousands of activities, managing five projects in parallel. I tracked actual progress against the baseline, anticipating deviations and schedule risks, and coordinated monitoring with teams, subcontractors, the client and the investor.

Full ownership of HVAC contracts for major international Turkish general contractors (AntYapı, Renaissance Construction). I ran each contract end to end —permits, procurement, planning and crews— leading 3 site managers and up to 5 crews, with at least 3 sites running at once. Projects included the Lomonosov cluster (Moscow State University) and the Symbol complex.

On site for the construction of a city hospital (general contractor). I organised the work of the in-house crews, controlled quality and the subcontractors' health & safety compliance, and handled the records and sign-off of works with technical supervision.
